All levels of Yoga practitioners can find their personal challenges, as they slowly and mindfully move through a series.

Private One-on-One Yoga Sessions
If you're finding a group class just a bit to intimidating? Is the thought of a one-on-one more appealing? A private session maybe be just what you're looking for. Beginning yoga students can sometimes feel overwhelmed in a typical class, particularly during the first few classes. It can seem difficult to keep up and personal flexibility might require a little work before it becomes easier to get into different poses. Or the advanced student may want to work towards more strength and balancing poses, perhaps not available in a group class. Private sessions offer the student the ability to focus on personal goals, concerns and interests, such as flexibility, strength or meditation and breath work. Health issues or injuries can also make a yoga class impractical for some students. In a private session the student and teacher collaborate on what's best for the student. (All levels)
WHAT IS VINYASA YOGA?
Vinyasa yoga is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. Most classes feature several elements of traditional Ashtanga yoga, sun salutations, standing poses, balance poses and back bends with focus on gaze point guided by steady breath. No two classes are the same.
