Four week therapeutic class schedule:
March 24 • March 31 • April 7 • April 14
9:30 am - 10:30 am
If you’re struggling with back pain or discomfort please join us for a four week therapeutic Back Care Class beginning Tuesday’s March 24 - April 14 from 9:30 am-10:30 am. Back pain is a leading cause of visits to a Doctor’s office and yoga can compliment traditional medical care. This class is designed for those who struggle with back discomfort or pain due to injury, stress or over-use. The focus will be to strengthen the abdominal muscles as well as the hamstrings and gluts which all work in tandem to support the back. Proper alignment of the hips, spine, legs and feet will be addressed. Strengthening the core as well as correct alignment will help alleviate tension and decrease pain while increasing flexibility and spinal mobility. Several props will be used to support the back and allow for a safe practice. All levels are welcome.

After much consideration, Consie has decided to postpone the Junk Journal Art Series until further notice. As much as we all need the creative outlet during these times, she wants to respect everyone’s need to be safe. She will also be hosting a FREE online Creative Playdate on Sunday, March 22 in place of the class for those that would like to gather and play with some art!
